Singer/songwriter Lyrica Anderson is gearing up to release her debut album, “King Me 2,” a follow up to the buzz worthy, fan-favorite mix tape “King Me.” Before taking center stage, Lyrica worked behind the scenes as both a background vocalist (for Jennifer Lopez, among others) as well as a successful songwriter who has worked with everyone from Jennifer Hudson, Beyonce, Timbaland and Trey Songz to Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus.
King Me 2 is a nod to 90’s R&B and features Wiz Khalifa, Kevin Gates and more. Of the first single, “Unfuck You” featuring Ty Dolla Sign, The Fader writes, “Her raw combination of attraction and frustration feels real and she’s a welcome female counterpart to blunt singers like TeeFLii and Ty.” King Me 2 will be released this Spring.
